• Coordinate interviews, track candidate progress, and keep the hiring pipeline up to date.
• Help improve job posts, outreach messages, and sourcing methods based on what gets results.
• Give candidates a professional, responsive experience throughout the process.
• You'll support hiring across creative, marketing, ecommerce, and operations, with particular attention to finding people who want to contribute to an in-house team over the long term.
