MangoJob- Recruitment Platform | Jobs & Hiring App is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring for assigned functions and build sustainable talent pipelines. The role is on-site in Makati with 1–3 years of recruitment experience preferred.

The successful candidate will clarify requirements, source and screen candidates, manage the hiring process, and track metrics while supporting employer branding and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business administration, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of recruitment or sourcing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, candidate handling, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Experience with recruitment systems and data tracking is preferred.
