Responsibilities

• Maintain active candidate pipelines and channels.

• Prepare regular recruitment reports and updates to management.

Recruitment Supervisor

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a Recruitment Supervisor to lead and manage the daily activities of the recruitment team. The role is responsible for manpower planning, task assignment, candidate quality, recruitment progress, and overall hiring results.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and guide Recruitment Specialists and Recruiters in their daily hiring activities.
• Assign recruitment requirements based on hiring priorities and manpower needs.
• Monitor sourcing, screening, initial interviews, endorsements, job offers, and onboarding progress.
• Review candidate quality before endorsement to hiring managers.
• Handle urgent, high-volume, and hard-to-fill positions.
• Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets and KPIs.
• Coach and train recruiters on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate follow-up.
• Maintain active candidate pipelines and recruitment channels.
• Coordinate with hiring managers regarding job requirements, candidate feedback, and hiring status.
• Prepare regular recruitment reports and provide hiring updates to management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
• At least 3 years of recruitment or Talent Acquisition experience.
• Previous experience as a Recruitment Supervisor, Recruitment Team Leader, or in a role with actual team leadership responsibility is preferred.
• Experience in high-volume recruitment, multi-position hiring, BPO recruitment, or recruitment agency operations is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, endorsement, offer coordination, and onboarding follow-up.
• Strong candidate assessment, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Good English and Filipino communication skills.
• Familiarity with Bossjob, Facebook, LinkedIn, job portals, and other sourcing channels is an advantage.
• Able to manage multiple vacancies, recruitment deadlines, and a high volume of applicants.
