Ivoclar is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive end-to-end recruitment across HR, Finance, IT, Procurement, and Customer Service functions. You will partner with hiring managers, build pipelines, and manage the full lifecycle from intake to onboarding.
You will screen, interview, and assess candidates, maintain pipelines for current and future needs, and provide market insights to stakeholders. A strong emphasis on candidate experience and compliance with ATS processes is required.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent across functions such as HR, Finance, IT, Procurement, Customer Service, and Supply Chain. You'll partner closely with hiring managers, leverage innovative sourcing strategies, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle to deliver an outstanding hiring experience. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake discussions and sourcing to offer management and onboarding coordination.
Partner with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, professional networks, referrals, talent communities, and other sourcing channels.
Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and role fit.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, including critical and hard-to-fill positions.
Provide market insights, talent intelligence, and recruitment best practice guidance to stakeholders.
Deliver a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professional engagement throughout the hiring process.
Maintain accurate recruitment data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with recruitment policies and regulations.
Monitor recruitment metrics and use data-driven insights to improve hiring outcomes and process efficiency.
Support employer branding initiatives, recruitment events, and continuous improvement projects within Talent Acquisition.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, Behavioral Science, or a related field.
3-5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience in a corporate, multinational, shared services, GBS, or BPO environment.
Experience recruiting across multiple business functions such as HR, Finance, IT, Procurement, Supply Chain, Customer Service, or other corporate support roles.
Strong sourcing and interviewing skills with experience building talent pipelines for diverse hiring requirements.
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment technologies.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Nice To Have
Professional certification in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Human Resources.
Experience supporting regional or global hiring initiatives.
Knowledge of recruitment analytics, talent mapping, and workforce planning concepts.
Experience with HRIS platforms and recruitment reporting tools.
Familiarity with employer branding programs, talent attraction campaigns, or recruitment marketing initiatives.
