• Coordinate interview schedules, prepare interview materials, and facilitate communication between candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct background checks and reference verification in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and employer branding initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company HR policies throughout the recruitment process.

Based in Quezon City, Metro Manila, this is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in attracting, identifying, and recruiting top talent to support our continued growth and success. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be instrumental in building high-performing teams across the organization, working strategically to ensure we acquire the right people who align with our company values and business objectives. This role is essential to our HR function, directly contributing to our ability to deliver exceptional service to our customers and achieve our organizational goals.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and comfort with learning new HR technologies




• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent professional experience




• Willing to be assigned at WM Head Office Quezon City
