Qualifications

• Graduate of BS/AB Psychology or related field.
• Adept in administration and interpretation of psychological tests.

• Proficient with computers and HR software.

Responsibilities

• Review requisitions for completeness before endorsement.
• Source applicants using multiple channels within recruitment periods.
• Develop a candidate pool in advance of need.
• Draft and post job advertisements on internal and external channels.
• Coordinate internal recruitment activities and events.
• Maintain recruitment networks with industry groups and agencies.
• Schedule testing and interviews; administer assessment tests as needed.
• Perform resume screening and initial interviews; coordinate with departments.
• Compile reports such as MR status, new hires, payroll lists, attrition, and exits.
