Job summary

iQor in the Philippines Iloilo is seeking an HR Recruitment Support professional to assist the recruitment team with interview scheduling, feedback collection, and onboarding activities.

You will partner with the background check vendor, maintain applicant records, draft offer letters, and coordinate communications with candidates and the HR team, contributing to a smooth hiring process.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative, HR or recruiting experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and coordinates candidate interviews.
• Maintains interview schedule.
• Sends interview feedback form and compiles results.
• Greets all incoming applicants and escorts them to interview where applicable.
• Sends pre-employment paper and transition completed paperwork to the designated HR Representative.
• Updates applicant database as needed.
• Drafts offer letters, having Recruiter sign off and approval prior to sending.
• Partners with background check vendor to ensure compliance.
• Guides new hires through the onboarding process.
• Tracks, coordinates and organizes Job Boards. Complies and follows all procedures within the company security policy.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
