Job summary

IBM Consulting is seeking a Recruitment Professional to own the end-to-end candidate lifecycle, from discovery to offer. You will review applications, screen candidates, and present qualified individuals to Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition partners.

The role involves engaging candidates, presenting IBM's EVP, and delivering strong client satisfaction. This position requires 2–4 years in recruitment, experience with an ATS, and willingness to work night shift from UP Ayala Technohub, Quezon

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of recruitment experience.
• 6 months experience with a web-based ATS.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in role discovery with Hiring Manager and set delivery expectations.
• Screen and shortlist candidates, notify candidates in ATS, and provide status updates.
• Act as brand ambassador to engage candidates and maintain interest in client’s company.
• Keep ATS/CRM data accurate and up to date.
