IQVIA SOLUTIONS OPERATIONS CENTER PHILIPPINES, INC. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume BPO functions, including customer service, technical support, sales, and back office roles.

You will collaborate with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire qualified candidates, ensuring SLAs and quality standards are met, while leveraging market intelligence and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• 3–5+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
• 2+ years of volume hiring experience in a BPO/ contact center environment.
• Experience recruiting for Customer Service, Technical Support, Sales, Back Office roles.
• Experience using ATS; Workday a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and business priorities.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for high-volume hiring.
• Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate offers.
• Build candidate pipelines and manage multiple requisitions.
