You will partner with leaders to build diverse, high-performing teams and ensure a seamless candidate experience from first conversation through offer.

You will influence hiring decisions using market insights, maintain ATS data accuracy, and coach hiring teams on interview best practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years proven full-cycle recruitment experience in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
• Strong track record of hiring in the Manila market with deep sourcing strategies and regional nuances.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter to source and convert passive talent.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers to influence hiring decisions and deliver strategic recruitment solutions.
• Proficient with ATS, data accuracy, reporting, and process efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers across GTM and GA functions to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team objectives.
• Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Manila-based roles, from intake and sourcing through to offer.
• Provide flexible support for global recruitment efforts during peak periods as needed.
• Build and execute sourcing strategies to attract top-tier, diverse talent through direct outreach, referrals, talent pools, and recruitment tools.
• Provide market insights and data-driven recommendations to influence hiring decisions and workforce planning.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience through timely, transparent, and engaging communication throughout the hiring journey.
• Partner with People Partners to ensure inclusive hiring practices and data integrity in ATS.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and candidate pipelines.
