Mitti by SafetyCulture is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment for Manila-based roles and support global hiring needs. You’ll partner with leaders to build diverse, high-performing teams and ensure a smooth candidate experience from first conversation to offer.

You will leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS tools, drive proactive sourcing, and shape hiring strategies with data-driven insights in a fast-growing tech environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years proven full-cycle recruitment experience in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
• Strong track record of hiring in the Manila market and understanding regional nuances.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter to source and engage passive talent.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers to influence roles and deliver solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines with proactive sourcing.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools for data accuracy and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers across GTM and G&A functions to understand needs and team objectives.
• Own end-to-end recruitment for Manila-based roles from intake to offer.
• Provide flexible support for global recruitment needs during peak periods.
• Build sourcing strategies using direct outreach, referrals, and talent pools.
• Offer market insights to influence hiring decisions and workforce planning.
• Maintain excellent candidate experience through timely, transparent communication.
