Mitti is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to guide growth by identifying, attracting, and securing exceptional talent for Manila-based roles. You will collaborate with leaders to understand needs, build strong pipelines, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience from initial contact to offer.

You will leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS tools to source diverse talent, tune recruitment strategies for regional nuances, and partner with People Partners to uphold inclusive hiring practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years proven full-cycle recruitment experience in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
• Strong track record of hiring in the Manila market and regional nuances.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter to source and convert passive talent.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers to influence role requirements and recruitment solutions.
• Proven ability to build proactive talent pipelines and maintain data accuracy in ATS.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process for Manila-based roles from intake to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers across GTM and G&A functions to define hiring needs.
• Provide flexible support for global recruitment during high-demand periods.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract diverse top-tier talent.
• Provide market insights and data-driven recommendations for workforce planning.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience with timely and transparent communication.
• Maintain accurate data in the ATS and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coach interviewers on best practices and candidate assessment.
