Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in fast-paced environments.
• Strong track record hiring in the Manila market.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter to source and engage passive talent.
• Ability to partner with hiring managers to influence role requirements and hiring decisions.
• Proven ability to build proactive talent pipelines and manage candidate relationships.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools, with emphasis on data accuracy and process efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers across GTM and G&A to understand needs and role objectives.
• Own end-to-end recruitment for Manila-based roles, from intake to offer.
• Support global recruitment efforts during peak periods.
• Design sourcing strategies to attract diverse top talent via direct outreach, referrals, and pools.
• Provide market insights to influence hiring decisions and workforce planning.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience with timely, transparent communication.
• Collaborate with People Partners to uphold inclusive hiring practices.
• Maintain accurate ATS data and comply with internal and regulatory requirements.
• Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
• Coach interview processes and provide constructive feedback.
