Job summary

Staff Alliance Inc. is a manpower provider, serving various client companies for 33 years. We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Assistant located in Makati to support HR operations, onboarding, reports, and admin tasks.

You will manage personnel records and help coordinate payroll-related requirements such as SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, TIN, and NBI. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or HR, 1–3 years of experience, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in Psychology, Human Resources or equivalent.
• 1 to 3 years of work experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Payroll-related requirements: SSS, Pag-ibig, Philhealth, TIN, NBI and Gcash.
• Immediate availability.
• Based in Makati City.

Responsibilities

• Assist in handling and safekeeping of 201 files and records.
• Prepare onboarding and training of hired personnel.
• Assist in preparing HR reports.
• Assist in employee wellness coordination.
• Assist in administrative tasks.
