J&T Express is seeking a dedicated Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring processes from candidate sourcing to onboarding. The role involves screening resumes, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, and maintaining clear communication with applicants throughout the process.

The ideal candidate will handle job offers, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding activities while keeping applicant databases and recruitment trackers up to date.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment processes ( sourcing, screening, interviewing ).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with stakeholders and candidates.
• Ability to manage multiple openings and maintain applicant track records.

Aufgaben

• Source qualified candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for open positions.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
• Endorse qualified applicants for further interviews and facilitate the hiring process.
• Maintain regular communication with applicants throughout the recruitment process.
• Prepare and issue job offers and pre-employment requirements to selected candidates.
• Assist in onboarding activities, including new hire documentation and orientation.
• Maintain and update applicant databases, recruitment trackers, and personnel records.
• Perform other HR and recruitment-related tasks as assigned.
