• Monitor applicant status from this channel.
• Lead in templates for print and digital ads.
• Monitor and improve call-out team performance.
• Coordinate recruitment collateral for other channels.

• Create promos and activities to increase show-ups from call-outs and invitational ads
• Monitor status of applicants from this channel
• Lead in conceptualizing templates to be used for Print and Digital ads
• Create & implement promos and activities for invitational ads
• Create recruitment collateral designs needed to support other channels
• Monitor status of applicants sourced from this channel
• Lead and monitor the performance of the call-out team
• Monitor the quality of leads and applicant show-up rate
• Monitor the status of applicants from this channel for future hiring requirements.
• Sourcing POC for specific account vertical
