Responsibilities

• Ensure all ads on Job Portals and Social Media are updated and accurate
• Harvest and distribute leads from all job ads
• Address recruitment concerns on official social media and forums
• Create promos to improve candidate show-ups for ads
• Monitor applicant status from these channels
• Lead in creating templates for print and digital ads
• Develop recruitment collateral for various channels
• Monitor call-out team performance and lead generation quality

Job Description:

Education: Any bachelor’s degree

Experience: At least 3 years’ experience managing recruitment function

Mandatory Skills:

• Able to work well with members of the division to be able to initiate and promote process improvement.
• Able to have great attention to details.
• Able to address issues and concerns related to Human Resources and/or operations of the company.
• Able to work with co-workers and management and support groups to improve communication, training and information.

• Able to contribute his perspective in manpower forecasting and planning.
• Able to gain better understanding of HR processes and services.

Roles & responsibilities:

• Monitor the status of applicants from this channel for future hiring requirements.
