Job summary

Sagility Philippines is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager (Volume) to lead recruitment for large-scale operations in Quezon City. You will design staffing strategies, oversee campus interviews, and implement robust assessment tools to ensure quality hires.

The role requires at least 6 years of recruitment management experience, a bachelor's degree, and a strong focus on manpower planning and information security awareness.

Qualifications

• Decision-making on promotion eligibility through assessments and validation.
• Forecast vacancies and manpower projections with succession planning.
• Establish and improve information security policies and procedures.
• Protect classified information and report incidents promptly.

Responsibilities

• Define manpower requirements in collaboration with Business Development and Requisitioning teams.
• Source and implement assessment tools to ensure quality placement of talents.
• Coordinate campus or on-site interviews with colleges and institutions.
• Provide information on company facilities and job opportunities to applicants.
• Manage orientation for new hires and onboarding processes.
• Negotiate job specifications with clients and align with future expansion plans.
• Conduct in-depth behavioural interviews to assess fit for roles and promotions.
• Advise on recruitment strategy and placement of key management and technical staff.
• Head-hunt and build a talent pool for targeted positions.
• Design SOPs for recruitment and placement aligned with business setup.

Mandatory Skills

Able to decide / determine if employee is qualified for promotion via assessment and validation (interview, review of PA, etc.)

Able to anticipate vacancies, manpower projections and succession or replacement strategies through an efficient manpower planning system

Able to establish, implement and continuously improve the quality information security policies assigned to him / her.

Able to establish structure and procedures to protect classified information.

Able to report information security related incidents without any delay to the right authority.

Roles & responsibilities

• Sets strategies for meeting manpower requirements of the organization
• Works with the Business Development/ Account Management team/ Requisitioning Department in establishing the specific manpower requirements, rates and timelines of a specific business group.
• Source and implements appropriate assessment tools to ensure quality placement of talents / skills.
• Contacts colleges or other institutions to arrange campus or on-site interviews.
• Provides information on company facilities and job opportunities to potential applicants.
• Manages the First steps orientation for new hires
• Interfaces and negotiates with clients regarding job specifications / requirements in relations to their present and future plans
• Conducts in-depth behavioural interviews and comes up with a profile on the "fit” of the candidate to any position within the organization or for promotion
• Provides key strategic advice and / or participates in decisions regarding the recruitment, selection and placement of key management and technical people
• Headhunts and builds manpower pool of seasoned and experienced candidates for the position she is handling
• Designs recruitment, selection and placement systems (SOPPs) that support the organization’s business set-up
• Utilizes the following sourcing mechanisms: Creates a network for the accounts she is handling, e.g. membership to professional organizations, HR persons in other companies, and prospective candidates
• Designs job placements
