Job summary

Lycopodium Philippines is currently recruiting for a People & Culture Officer - Recruitment (6-month contract) to join our growing People & Culture team in Manila.

You will manage complete hiring workflow from screening to offer, keep the ATS updated, coordinate interview loops with hiring managers, provide timely feedback, source talent across platforms, and onboard new hires.

This role offers exposure to diverse projects and growth in a global engineering culture.

Qualifications

• University degree in HR or equivalent from a recognised tertiary institution.
• 3+ years solid experience in a Recruitment role within related industries.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete hiring workflow including preliminary screening up to final offers.
• Ensure the internal Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is updated.
• Coordinate, schedule, and manage complex interview loops between candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide timely, and constructive feedback to internal teams and candidates promoting transparency of the process.
• Deploy multi-platform sourcing strategies through talent databases to engage with both active and passive talents.
• Organise and manage the new starter experience (end-to-end) for assigned business units, including but not limited to; contracts administration, on-boarding documentation, compliance and inductions.
