Responsibilities

Run the show on a flagship project of Australia’s client portfolio, on time, on budget, on quality.
Unite stakeholders around a transparent roadmap and measurable KPIs.
Keep status crystal-clear with rigorous controls, live dashboards and no-surprise communication.
Coach and uplift junior PMs, share playbook tweaks, champion continuous improvement.
Blend and bend - use waterfall, agile or hybrid delivery to achieve milestones.
