Qualifications

• Graduate in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Human Resources or any four-year Business course.
• 2–4 years in talent acquisition, preferably from a logistics industry.
• Strong communication and interviewing skills.

• Supervises the recruitment team and report on its performance.
• Advises hiring managers on interviewing techniques.
• Minimizes cost incurred in a recruitment process.
