• Conducts job interviews to ensure candidates skills and qualification match the job requirements.
• Explores market best practices in the recruitment and placement of employees.
• Conducts research to identify and select suitable job advertising options.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of labor law, implementing required changes to keep company recruitment processes compliant.
• Builds quality relationship with internal customers and external recruitment agencies and addresses managers concerns regarding recruitment issues.
• Participates in job fairs and career events.
• Supervises the recruitment team and report on its performance.
• Advises hiring managers on interviewing techniques.
• Minimizes cost incurred in a recruitment process.
