Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd seeks a results-driven HR Shared Services Leader to guide a team delivering high-quality employee services in a fast-paced environment. You will drive performance, implement process improvements, and ensure compliance with policies.

You will collaborate with Delivery Managers and cross-functional teams to align HR initiatives with business needs and create SOPs for knowledge consistency across staff levels. This role emphasizes confidentiality and strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR Shared Services HelpDesk with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Experience with HRIS systems, HR processes, and service delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of HR Shared Services professionals to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Set clear goals and performance expectations, and provide regular feedback to ensure team success.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance reviews, identifying opportunities for development and growth.
• Identify areas for process efficiency and quality improvements within HR Shared Services, implementing best practices.
• Work with leadership to standardize and streamline HR processes within the project.
• Lead initiatives to enhance service delivery, reduce operational costs, and increase employee satisfaction.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of HR services, including employee inquiries, onboarding, benefits administration, payroll support, and other HR-related functions in compliance with our Client policies and procedures.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of HR transactions while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and compliance.
• Act as a point of escalation for complex employee issues and resolve them in a timely and effective manner.
• Work closely with Delivery Managers and other departments to ensure HR services align with business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage HR projects and initiatives. Provide feedback and insights to HR leadership on service delivery trends and team performance.
• Be able to assist in creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure maximum alignment of knowledge across all staff levels
• Ensure all HR Shared Services activities are compliant with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
• Prepare and deliver regular reports on team performance, employee service metrics, and process improvements.
