Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Shared Services Leader in Metro Manila. The role focuses on leading a team to deliver exceptional HR support, standardizing processes, and driving improvements in service delivery while ensuring compliance and confidentiality.

The candidate will oversee day-to-day HR operations, collaborate with Delivery Managers, and provide data-driven insights to HR leadership. A strong emphasis on leadership, communication, and problem-solving is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR Shared Services HelpDesk, including supervisory/leadership experience
• Experience with HRIS systems, HR processes, and service delivery models

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of HR Shared Services professionals to deliver exceptional customer service
• Set clear goals and Performance expectations; provide regular feedback
• Identify opportunities for development and growth through one-on-one meetings and performance reviews
• Identify areas for process efficiency and quality improvements; implement best practices
• Standardize and streamline HR processes within the project in collaboration with leadership
• Enhance service delivery, reduce operational costs, and improve employee satisfaction
• Oversee day-to-day HR services operations including inquiries, onboarding, benefits, payroll support, and compliance with policies
• Ensure accurate and timely HR transactions with high confidentiality
• Act as escalation point for complex employee issues and resolve timeliness effectively
• Collaborate with Delivery Managers and other departments to align HR services with business needs
• Work with cross-functional teams on HR projects and initiatives; provide feedback on service delivery trends
• Assist in creating SOPs to ensure knowledge alignment across staff levels
• Ensure activities are compliant with relevant laws, regulations, and policies
• Prepare and deliver regular reports on team performance and service metrics

Job description

Leadership & Development:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of HR Shared Services professionals to deliverexceptional customer service.

Process Improvement:

• Lead initiatives to enhance service delivery, reduce operational costs, and increaseemployee satisfaction.

Employee Support:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of HR services, including employee inquiries,onboarding, benefits administration, payroll support, and other HR-relatedfunctions in compliance with our Client policies and procedures.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of HR transactions while maintaining a highlevel of confidentiality and compliance.
• Act as a point of escalation for complex employee issues and resolve them in atimely and effective manner.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

Compliance & Reporting:

• Ensure all HR Shared Services activities are compliant with relevant laws,regulations, and organizational policies.
• Prepare and deliver regular reports on team performance, employee servicemetrics, and process improvements.

Qualifications:

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources Shared Services HelpDesk, withat least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role within HR Shared Services.
• Experience with HRIS systems, HR processes, and service delivery models.
