Radius Telecoms Inc. is seeking a senior HR professional to oversee talent experience, culture and engagement, and HR transformation initiatives in Metro Manila.
You will design programs, manage talent frameworks, and lead employee relations with a focus on strategic people programs. The role requires 5–7 years in HR, strong leadership experience, and a track record in competency, succession, and culture initiatives.
This role encompasses talent experience, culture and engagement; talent management, performance and development oversight; employee and labor relations; and HR transformation and strategic projects. You will design and implement employee experience initiatives, lead talent management frameworks, manage employee relations matters, and support HR transformation efforts.
Design and implement employee experience, culture-building, engagement, and recognition initiatives aligned with company values and strategic priorities
Lead employee listening programs including engagement surveys, pulse surveys, focus group discussions, and employee feedback channels
Analyze engagement, employee sentiment, and retention indicators and recommend action plans to address employee experience concerns and opportunities
Oversee employee events, internal communication support, and culture integration activities in coordination with relevant HR and business stakeholders
Provide oversight and guidance to the Experience, Talent & Safety Support HR Associate in the execution of employee experience, engagement, talent support, wellness support, safety records coordination, and HR project support activities
Lead competency mapping, competency assessment, talent review, succession planning, and career pathing frameworks
Provide functional oversight to performance management, goal setting and calibration, IDP governance, learning roadmaps, core competency building, AI readiness, leadership development, and emerging talent programs
Manage employee concerns, grievances, investigations, and disciplinary cases
Conduct fact-finding and case documentation, and prepare Notices to Explain, Notices of Decision, investigation reports, and case summaries
Participate in competency development, AI readiness, leadership pipeline, and workforce transformation initiatives
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 5-7 years of relevant HR experience, with solid exposure to Talent Management, Employee Experience/Engagement, and Employee Relations
At least 2-3 years in a supervisory capacity is preferred
Experience in competency management, succession planning, employee engagement programs, and culture initiatives
Experience handling employee relations cases, investigations, disciplinary proceedings, and labor-related concerns
Experience in HR projects, change management, process improvement, or HR digitalization is an advantage
