Job summary

Michael Page in Metro Manila is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment across the organization. You will design and implement recruitment strategies, partner with department heads, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will manage end-to-end sourcing, screening, and selection, build a strong candidate pipeline, mentor the team, leverage data metrics, and ensure compliance with employment laws.

• Partner with external recruitment agencies when necessary.
