You will screen applications, conduct behavioral interviews, and oversee documentation and compliance throughout pre-employment. Candidates should have a psychology or HR background with 3+ years in HR, people management, or recruitment.

Qualifications

• Education in psychology or HR management with related field.
• Experience in HR, People Management or recruitment setting.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring channels and portals.

Responsibilities

• Manages the team of People Specialists in preparing job advertisements for posting using various media and other platform.
• Liaises with academic institutions, head hunters and other external sources to provide timely manpower supply.
• Employs varied recruitment channels (school partnerships, job fairs, job engines) to increase applicant reach.
• Maintains a pool of pre-qualified candidates for future manpower requirements.
• Coordinates with Hiring Managers on job specs, interview schedules and decisions.
• Screens applications and matches qualifications to job specs.
• Conducts behavioral interviews and provides timely feedback to managers.
• Administers psychological and trade examinations and prepares assessment reports.
• Shortlists candidates based on company standards.
• Performs background investigations prior to deployment.
• Prepares and ensures documentation of offers, contracts, IDs, reference checks, medicals, and file creation.
• Informs requisitioning heads on deployment of hired candidates.
• Ensures recruitment policies are adhered to and suggests improvements.
