Job summary

MR DIY Philippines is seeking a Talent Acquisition Supervisor to lead full-cycle recruitment for head office and warehouse roles, ensuring timely, high-quality hires aligned with business goals. You will drive employer branding initiatives, manage internship deployment, and monitor headcount against plantilla.

You will collaborate with department heads and external partners, oversee events, and supervise a recruiting team to deliver strong candidate experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
• 4 years of recruitment experience; RPO experience is a plus; retail or high-volume staffing preferred.
• Proven experience organizing and leading job fairs and PESO fairs.
• Strong command of manpower planning, sourcing techniques, and recruitment metrics.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Adaptable and flexible; able to work under pressure.
• Willing to work onsite Monday to Friday 9 AM to 6 PM.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for head office and warehouse vacancies.
• Post job ads across online platforms and internal channels.
• Source candidates, screen resumes, and pre-qualify applicants.
• Conduct initial interviews and build shortlists.
• Endorse candidates to hiring managers and monitor progress.
• Administer assessments, background checks, and onboarding briefings.
• Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and align with budgets.
• Monitor headcount vs. plantilla and flag gaps or risks.
• Support manpower planning and recruitment metrics reporting.
• Assist in internship program oversight and partnerships with academic institutions.
