Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program and eligible for an internship.
• Interested in pursuing a career in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or Technical Recruitment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Willing to learn and contribute in a dynamic team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and online collaboration tools.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
• Must be in the final academic year with no remaining academic units aside from internship requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support the Talent Acquisition team in day‑to‑day recruitment and hiring activities.
• Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, professional networking platforms, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Help review resumes and identify candidates who meet basic job requirements.
• Support talent mapping and market research activities for ongoing and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate interviews and assessments with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
• Assist with recruitment‑related communications and scheduling.
• Support employer branding, campus recruitment, and talent engagement initiatives.
• Help maintain candidate information and recruitment records in applicable systems and tools.
• Assist in preparing recruitment reports, dashboards, and hiring metrics.
• Participate in process improvement projects and other Talent Acquisition initiatives.
• Gain exposure to hiring across various functions, including software development, cloud, cybersecurity, client support, sales, finance, and corporate roles.
