Job summary

Full Potential Solutions (FPS) is seeking an HR intern to assist in sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates for external requirements. You will profile initial and behavioral interviews, present qualified candidates to the hiring manager, and help schedule department interviews.

You will facilitate a smooth internal hiring process, ensure accurate data entry into systems, and support the team in meeting hiring targets while gaining practical experience in HR and employee engagement

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a college degree and enrolled for internship hours.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Creative mindset and genuine interest in workplace culture and employee wellbeing.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work well in a collaborative environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.
• Prior experience in school organizations or event planning is a plus but not required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for profiling initial and behavioral interviews, and presenting qualified non-agent/agent candidates to the hiring manager, and overseeing the scheduling of the department interview with the appropriate hiring manager
• Responsible for facilitating a smooth internal hiring process
• Responsible for encoding necessary information into the system in an accurate and timely manner
• Responsible for supporting the entire team in meeting the hiring targets
