FLIN Philippines is seeking a driven Talent Acquisition & HC Operations Associate with 1-3 years of experience to act as a generalist across human capital, general affairs, recruitment, and basic finance support. You will handle payroll coordination, employee records, supplier management, and onboarding, with scope to impact multiple functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance/Accounting or related field.
• 1-3 years in a generalist HR/GA role.
• Fintech, Banking, or Consultancy background preferred.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Own vendor management end-to-end: build relationships, negotiate terms, track contracts, renewals, and payments.
• Process payroll coordination with external vendor and resolve payroll/benefits queries.
• Oversee office facilities and general affairs with building management.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases; support engagement and performance initiatives.
• Provide basic IT support: onboarding, device allocation, and first-line troubleshooting.
• Support end-to-end recruitment activities from postings to scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to maintain a smooth candidate experience.
• Lead onboarding logistics and ensure all access and paperwork are ready on Day 1.
• Assist with bookkeeping and expense tracking for HC and GA operations.
• Verify vendor invoices and coordinate with Finance for payments.
• Maintain audit-ready records and tax-related documents.
• Identify manual processes and propose AI/tool-based improvements.
• Create simple trackers/dashboards for HR/GA data.
