Job summary

Trusting Social Philippines is seeking an HR leader to own the full HR function, from talent acquisition and HR operations to employee experience and people analytics. You will architect people systems and culture as the office scales, partnering with Philippine leadership to ensure pace, compliance, and impact.

You will design scalable onboarding, manage payroll and benefits, and drive data-informed HR decisions using AI-enabled workflows in a high-growth fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HR management or senior generalist role.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor law, DOLE regulations, and HR compliance requirements.
• Proven track record across both recruitment and HR operations.
• Experience with HRIS platforms, ATS tools; fintech/startup background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for the Philippines office — role briefing, sourcing, assessment, offer and close.
• Design and implement HR processes and documentation; ensure compliance and audit readiness.
• Manage payroll coordination, benefits administration (including HMO), and HRIS data accuracy.
• Build retention, engagement, and a high-performance culture; own onboarding and offboarding.
• Drive performance management, coaching, and capability-building with team leads.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline HR workflows, reporting, and policy drafting.
