Qualifications

• Deep Talent Acquisition knowledge and ability to support recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Strong working knowledge of enabling technologies and systems (e.g., Workday) used in recruiting.
• Ability to communicate effectively with managers and candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Experience in processing offers and onboarding documentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date TA knowledge to support recruitment moments that matter for candidates.
• Support recruitment administration for internal and external candidates and hiring managers.
• Deliver reimbursement and invoice processing for recruitment activities.
• Generate offer letters and manage onboarding up to start date with HR partners.
• Execute TA coordination processes in line with SOPs and policies.
• Post jobs and conduct background screening where applicable.
• Ensure a positive candidate journey throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
