Job summary

CBE Companies PH, Inc. is seeking a proactive Recruitment Specialist to support the HR Department under the Director of Recruiting.

You will source candidates, conduct phone screens, schedule interviews, and help maintain compliant hiring practices across corporate and branch offices. The role requires a 2-year degree in HR or related field, excellent written and spoken communication, and strong facilitation skills.

Qualifications

• 2 Year Degree in Human Resources or related coursework preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to interact with various levels of associates and management.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills are required; proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Follow recruiting process for corporate and/or branch office including sourcing, phone screens, selecting, interviewing, and scheduling candidates for interviews and related follow-up.
• Ensure all recruitment processes and hiring checklist items are completed and documented.
• Follow processes for interviewing, background screening and hiring of qualified candidates for the Company.
• Access employment credit reports and interpret reports for conformity to our credit check procedures when applicable.
• Conduct and interpret criminal checks for prospective employees per background check procedures.
• Maintain a tracking system for all resumes and applications received by the Company.
• Review recruiting steps and effectiveness by establishing measurement systems and suggesting improvements.
• Conduct group new hire orientations and one-on-one orientations when needed.
• Participate on internal interviewing teams for professional & management positions as needed.
• Communicate with Management and HR staff to identify recruiting needs.
• Locate, research and travel to colleges, job fairs, and other sources to perform ongoing recruiting initiatives.
