Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent required/preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and meet timelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Comfort handling confidential information with discretion.
• Familiarity with general office practices and etiquette.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and follow defined processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administration of recruitment programs.
• Receive, screen, and file resumes, background and reference checks.
• Coordinate scheduling of initial screening interviews and telephone/in-person interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS and HRIS systems.
• Create new hire packets and schedule background checks and drug tests.
• Promote the company image to candidates and external providers.
• Administer typing and math tests to applicants as needed.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for applicants as necessary.
• Provide general support for Talent Acquisition and related stakeholders.
