Job summary

IBM Consulting is seeking a Recruiter to manage inbound and active candidate processing, screening applications, and presenting top candidates to Hiring Managers in the Philippines. You will partner with IBM Talent Acquisition Business Partners to fill requisitions across functional areas.

You will be the first point of contact for candidates, conveying the client’s EVP and talking knowledgeably about IBM and the role. This is an onsite position based in Quezon City.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years’ experience in recruitment with demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships, provide excellent customer service, and support high-volume hiring initiatives.
• Experience in sourcing and evaluating candidates across multiple channels.
• Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems and recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

• Schedules candidate for Hiring Manager interview.
• Posts job requisition in job boards.
• Maintains relationships with client SMEs and optimization opportunities.
• Identifies innovations and process improvements.
• Fosters collaboration across teams through Agile practices.
• Uses screening criteria to identify qualified candidates.
• Notifies candidates about opportunities in the ATS/CRM.
• Acts as brand ambassador to engage candidates.
