You will manage end-to-end recruitment for player support roles, sourcing candidates, screening, and onboarding, while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and producing basic recruitment reports. The hybrid onsite setup applies with flexible requirements based on business needs.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
• 1 year of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in BPO or gaming.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or similar reporting tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.

The Talent Acquisition Associate will manage end-to-end hiring processes for the Player Engagement service line, focusing on recruiting talent for player support operations. This role involves sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates, while ensuring strong stakeholder management and delivering basic recruitment reports. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of building positive relationships with hiring teams to meet staffing goals efficiently.
