Job summary

Keywords Studios Manila is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to manage end-to-end recruitment for the Player Engagement service line, focusing on sourcing, screening, and onboarding. You will partner with hiring teams, maintain basic recruitment reports, and deliver timely hires in a fast-paced BPO and gaming environment, with a hybrid work setup.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 1 year of recruitment experience, and proficiency in Google Workspace to support

This is a contract role of 5 months (full-time) but with the possibility of extension or absorption to a permanent role depending on business needs.

The Talent Acquisition Associate will manage end-to-end hiring processes for the Player Engagement service line, focusing on recruiting talent for player support operations. This role involves sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates, while ensuring strong stakeholder management and delivering basic recruitment reports. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of building positive relationships with hiring teams to meet staffing goals efficiently.
