Job summary

Keywords Studios Philippines is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to manage end-to-end recruitment for the Player Engagement service line. You will source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates while partnering with hiring teams to meet staffing goals in a fast-paced gaming environment.

This 5-month contract, with potential extension or absorption to a permanent role, offers hybrid onsite work and basic recruitment reporting responsibilities to support the growth of our Player

Qualifications

• End-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in BPO or gaming industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR/ Psychology or related field (or equivalent).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and basic reporting tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Player Engagement roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Utilize various sourcing channels to attract qualified candidates for player support operations.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Prepare and maintain basic recruitment reports and dashboards for tracking progress and metrics.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient hiring processes.

This is a contract role of 5 months (full-time) but with the possibility of extension or absorption to a permanent role depending on business needs.

The Talent Acquisition Associate will manage end-to-end hiring processes for the Player Engagement service line, focusing on recruiting talent for player support operations. This role involves sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates, while ensuring strong stakeholder management and delivering basic recruitment reports. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of building positive relationships with hiring teams to meet staffing goals efficiently.
