Job summary

Alorica Inc. in Makati, Philippines seeks a proactive Talent Acquisition professional focused on interviewing, candidate experience, and collaboration with hiring managers. You will assess language proficiency, commitment, and core competencies to align profiles with client accounts.

You will maintain accurate candidate records, manage the recruitment tracker, and look for process improvements to streamline hiring and deliver timely updates to applicants throughout the recruitment cycle.

Job description

• Conduct TA Interview: Interview covers language assessment of the applicant, commitment checking, gauges core agent competencies such as customer service orientation, problem solving and learning ability and match the candidate’s profile and core competencies to a hiring account.

• Sell Alorica: Make applicants join and start with Alorica by providing realistic expectations and highlighting our competitive advantages.

• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process. Communicate effectively with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback. Address candidate inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

• Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and hiring profile.

• Use Technology: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records. Maintain and update the recruitment tracker/database.

• Embrace innovation: Continuously seek opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall recruitment experience.

• Additional Tasks: Undertake tasks assigned by the Leader as needed.
