VXI in the Philippines is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to manage the full recruitment life cycle. You will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, source qualified candidates, screen resumes, and conduct interviews to identify top talent.

You will coordinate interviews and assessments, maintain candidate relationships, and assist with offers and onboarding to ensure a smooth hiring experience for both candidates and the organization.

Position Overview:

The Talent Acquisition Associate - Hiring and Selection will play a key role in the recruitment process by managing the end-to-end hiring cycle for the organization. This position requires a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, and selection techniques. The Talent Acquisition Associate will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, attract qualified candidates, and ensure a seamless recruitment experience for both candidates and the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment life cycle including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent for various roles within the organization.
• Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screening of applicants, evaluate resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidates for both cultural and technical fit.
• Coordinating Interviews and Assessments: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Organize and administer pre-employment assessments as required.
• Candidate Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication with candidates to keep them informed about the hiring process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Act as a partner to hiring managers, understanding team needs and providing guidance on talent acquisition strategies and best practices.
• Offer and Onboarding Coordination: Assist with preparing and extending job offers, negotiating salaries, and ensuring smooth onboarding for new hires.
