Job summary

VXI Global Solutions in the Philippines is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate – Hiring and Selection to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. You will work with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and attract qualified candidates.

This role involves screening, interviewing, coordinating interviews and assessments, managing candidate relationships, and assisting with offers and onboarding to ensure a smooth hiring experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment life cycle including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent for various roles within the organization.
• Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screening of applicants, evaluate resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidates for both cultural and technical fit.
• Coordinating Interviews and Assessments: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Organize and administer pre-employment assessments as required.
• Candidate Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication with candidates to keep them informed about the hiring process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Act as a partner to hiring managers, understanding team needs and providing guidance on talent acquisition strategies and best practices.
• Offer and Onboarding Coordination: Assist with preparing and extending job offers, negotiating salaries, and ensuring smooth onboarding for new hires.
