Job summary

Wisefund Finance Corporation Ortigas is seeking a proactive Recruitment Officer to manage end-to-end hiring processes in a fast-paced environment. You will review requisitions, source candidates, and coordinate assessments and interviews to ensure timely and quality hires.

You will build candidate pools, draft compelling job ads, organize recruitment events, and maintain accurate hiring reports for management.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS/AB Psychology, HRM, Behavioral Science or related.
• Adept in the administration and interpretation of various psychological tests.
• Has good Communication Skills and Interviewing Skills.
• Capable to think out-of-the-box ideas and work with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

• Reviews manpower requisition forms for completeness and endorses for action.
• Sources applicants using various channels within the standard recruitment period.
• Develops pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
• Drafts job advertisements and posts openings to internal and external channels.
• Organizes internal recruitment activities and participates in external events.
• Maintains active recruitment network and coordinates testing and interviews.
