Bloom Virtual is seeking a Recruitment Administrator to support recruitment operations from IT Park Cebu City with hybrid work flexibility. The role focuses on maintaining records in the CRM/ATS, coordinating communications, and assisting with candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using multiple recruitment platforms and tools. A bachelor's degree in a related field and strong English communication are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, Business or related field is required.
• Strong written and spoken English with professional communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with good follow-through.
• Able to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines.
• Comfortable learning new systems, processes, and software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain candidate, client, vacancy, and recruitment activity records across CRM/ATS.
• Update candidate statuses, interview feedback, communications, follow-ups.
• Draft, publish, and maintain job advertisements across Indeed, JobStreet, LinkedIn, etc.
• Support candidate sourcing, outreach, and follow-ups.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate availability.
• Support offers and onboarding by coordinating documents and start arrangements.
• Prepare client contracts and administrative documents using templates.
• Collect recruitment activity data and assist with weekly reporting.
