Job summary

IBM Consulting is seeking a Recruitment Administrator to support scheduling interviews, extending offers, onboarding new hires, and maintaining accurate applicant records. The role involves coordinating with recruitment team members and third-party vendors to ensure timely processing of candidates.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of HR or recruitment experience, familiarity with RPO, and strong attention to detail for managing the ATS and background checks.

Qualifications

• Has a minimum of 1+ years’ experience in recruitment administration (screening and sourcing, scheduling of interviews, onboarding, offers)
• At least 1 year experience in candidate selection process
• At least 1 year experience in Human Resources and/or Staffing
• Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with applicants and hiring managers
• Arrange travel as needed for interviews
• Book resources for interviews
• Generate and send offer letters/packages
• Facilitate background investigations of new hires
• Monitor background vendor activity and coordinate with vendors
• Kick-off, perform, monitor, and complete onboarding activities
• Notify recruitment support groups of applicant status and update ATS
• Keep Applicant Tracking System (ATS) updated
• Perform other duties as required by management
