Job summary

Aprio, a nationally ranked CPA and advisory firm, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Administrator to support the recruitment lifecycle. You will coordinate, document, and track candidates, contracts, and onboarding materials, ensuring compliance and data privacy.

You will partner with recruiters and HR teams to drive efficient processes, maintain ATS records, and assist with background checks and pre-employment steps, delivering a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, business administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment administration, HR operations, or Talent Acquisition support.
• Experience coordinating background checks, employment verification, or pre-employment screening is preferred.
• Experience using ATS and HRIS platforms, with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support throughout the recruitment process.
• Prepare and maintain recruitment documentation, including offer letters and onboarding documents.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records in the ATS.
• Monitor recruitment progress and ensure timely advancement through hiring stages.
• Coordinate pre-employment requirements, including background checks and verifications.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and company policies in recruitment records.
