Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Unsecured Lending, specifically Credit Cards end-to-end processes.
• Expertise with Mastercard authorizations, clearing and settlement tools (MAS/MCPS).
• Proficient in PRIME and its modules and parameters.
• Strong vendor management and business analysis capabilities.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable requirements and business use cases.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis, design and documentation of future-state business processes and operating models.
• Oversee requirements elicitation, validation, prioritization and documentation.
• Coordinate system parameter maintenance and user changes not requiring dev work.
• Conduct change impact assessments, stakeholder analyses and readiness evaluations.
• Facilitate workshops with Product Groups, Operations, Technology, Risk and Compliance.
• Develop training plans, user guides and capability-building initiatives; mentor Systems Managers.

About the Role

As Systems Team Lead, youwill be responsible for leading business design, business analysis, systemssupport, and change management activities for strategic initiatives andtransformation programs. The role translates business strategies intoactionable business requirements, future-state operating models, processimprovements, and solution recommendations while ensuring stakeholderalignment, organizational readiness, and successful adoption of business andsystem changes.

How you’ll contribute

• Lead the analysis, design,and documentation of future-state business processes, operating models,customer journeys, and business solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
• Lead requirementselicitation, analysis, validation, prioritization, and documentationactivities.
• Oversee and/or performsystem parameter maintenance, application configuration activities, andbusiness-user changes that do not require technology development.
• Conduct change impactassessments, stakeholder analyses, and readiness evaluations.
• Partner with ProductGroups, Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Business Units tofacilitate workshops, requirements sessions, solution reviews, anddecision-making discussions.
• Translate strategicobjectives into solution requirements, business use cases, value hypotheses,and benefit projections.
• Lead the development oftraining plans, communication materials, user guides, and capability-buildinginitiatives.
• Lead, coach, and developSystems Managers.

What we’re looking for

• In-depth knowledge ofUnsecured Lending i.e Credit Cards business and its end-to-end process.
• Intermediate to expertlevel of technical knowledge on Mastercard authorizations, clearing andsettlement. Proficiency on the use of Mastercard tools – MastercardAuthorization System (MAS) and Mastercard Clearing and Settlement System(MCPS).
• Proficient in the use ofPRIME and its functions, modules and parameters.
• Good work ethics andbusiness partnering skills, including vendor management skills and businessanalysis techniques.
