Job summary

Cebu Pacific Air, a leading Philippine airline, is seeking a Product Specialist for its Digital Experience team in Pasay, Metro Manila. The role is probationary with hybrid workplace flexibility, based in Pasay City.

You will define features, gather business rules, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the digital passenger experience. Responsibilities include creating user stories, managing sprint plans, and conducting UAT to ensure usability and functionality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., CS, IT, business management).
• At least 1 year of experience in digital product management or business analysis.
• Experience in Agile Scrum environments.
• Interest in mobile, internet, and emerging technologies.
• Background in Usability, Product Management or Design Thinking is a plus.
• Strong analytical, prioritization, planning and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Creative thinker with a vision.
• Must have valid work authorization to work in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Define functionality and gather business rules with cross-functional teams.
• Understand customer needs via surveys, research and analytics to improve digital experience.
• Improve UX by collaborating with UX/UI team on digital transformation.
• Work with architects, developers, Scrum Masters and PMs to design new features.
• Create user stories and acceptance criteria aligned with requirements.
• Maintain story elaboration and ensure readiness ahead of sprints.
• Plan iterations and roadmaps for assigned products and digital channels.
• Monitor sprint backlog and drive improvements in retrospectives.
• Conduct UAT and ensure features meet functionality and usability goals.
• Coordinate outcomes with analytics and commercial teams for next steps.
• Resolve production issues with IT and support teams.
• Stay updated on competitor products and industry trends.
