Job summary

Cebu Pacific Air is seeking a Product Designer to join the Digital Experience team, focusing on elevating user experiences across digital channels. You will translate product needs into intuitive interfaces, wireframes, and prototypes for desktop, mobile, kiosk, and chatbots.

The role involves collaborating with product owners, managers, designers and developers in an agile setting, ensuring consistency, usability and accessibility, while upholding brand guidelines and design systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Multimedia Graphics or related fields.
2–3 years of work experience in design thinking or related fields.
User-centered design certification is preferred.
Proficient in Figma, Sketch, InVision and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

Understands product/feature specs to enhance user experience for digital channels.
Gathers user feedback to improve design decisions and remove roadblocks.
Collaborates with Product Owners/Managers, Design Lead and Developers in agile fashion.
Maintains consistency in interfaces, wireframes, flows, storyboards, and prototypes across platforms.
Maintains style guides and design specifications for the product.
Conducts usability testing to validate designs and ideas with data.
