Job summary

Avepoint is seeking a Project Support Engineer in Cebu City, Philippines to deliver Level 1 and Level 2 software support for existing clients. You will partner with the R&D team to investigate issues, resolve problems, and maintain clear project documentation.

The role emphasizes agility, teamwork, and continuous learning in a hybrid setup. The ideal candidate has a IT-related degree and 1–3 years of experience, strong communication, and troubleshooting skills, and can train users in English.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in IT-related field (IT/CS/CE).
• 1–3 years of technical software or project support experience.
• Strong communication and analytical skills; customer-focused.
• Willingness to learn, adapt and work with R&D teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support to existing clients.
• Serve as primary contact to identify, troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with R&D to conduct preliminary investigations.
• Maintain project documentation and support status reports.
• Deliver training to users in English and provide on-site support if needed.
• Ensure SLA commitments for response and resolution are met.
